At the beginning of every year I choose a word that is going to inspire me and really define the year ahead.

Last year my word was abundance.

This year the word is C L A R I T Y.

Clarity came to me in an instant the minute I thought about my word for this year. I can feel in my soul that this year will be exactly what I need to get clarity on everything in my business that I need to (and have wanted to for a long time). I am excited at the idea of clarity and it is inspiring to me.

A few things I want to get clarity on:

  1. I will get clarity around my offerings
  2. I will get clarity on my pricing model
  3. I will get clarity on my ideal clients
  4. I will get clarity on exactly how I see my business and personal life working together

Today I went to see a clairvoyant, Fiona, and had my cards read to me. It is something I have always wanted to do and wow I was blown away.

There were so many things in the reading that amazed me and things I didn’t tell her in the reading at all. The biggest thing that came from this reading is that I am on track everything I am doing, everything that I want to achieve is already inside of me and all I need to do is make a few tweaks and I will get to where I want to go this year.

I believe that I have known this for the better part of a year now, however doubt creeps in (you know that inner critic that you just can’t quieten). Well guess what this year as I am all about clarity… I am all about beating (ignoring) that inner critic. I am going to acknowledge her when she shows her pesky face and then ignore her. There is no place for doubting this year.

Fiona said that everything I need to know is inside me and I just have to let it out.

I believe that everyone can benefit from hearing this. You see we all get hit with that inner critic and we just have to believe that you are enough, you know enough and you can do what you want to achieve. You just need clarity and to believe that you can achieve it.

Now it’s over to you. What is your word for 2016?
